CONTESTANT TERMS

Applies to contestants featured in a voting campaign.

1. Your Participation

By participating as a contestant in a voting campaign on FansChoice Polls, you acknowledge that:

  • You have voluntarily registered as a contestant

  • You have read and accepted these terms

  • You understand that the contest is run and managed by the Event Organizer

  • FansChoice Polls is not the owner, promoter, or sponsor of the contest

2. Relationship Between the Parties

The contest is organized and managed by the Event Organizer named in the contest details. FansChoice Polls provides the technology platform, payment processing, analytics, and reporting. FansChoice Polls is not responsible for:

  • Contest rules, judging, or scoring

  • Prize money or prize distribution

  • Event organization or management

  • Financial accountability of voting revenue

  • Communication between contestants and the organizer

3. Voting Revenue

  • All voting revenue belongs to the Organizer, subject only to FansChoice Polls’ agreed platform commission.

  • The Organizer is solely responsible for managing voting proceeds, prize distribution, and financial accountability.

4. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints relating to the following must be directed to the Organizer:

  • Prize money or prize distribution

  • Use of voting proceeds

  • Event cancellation or postponement

  • Contest rules or judging decisions

  • Contestant selection

  • Organizer conduct

5. Platform-Related Issues

You may contact FansChoice Polls directly only for:

  • Payment transaction failures

  • Vote recording errors

  • Technical platform errors

  • QR or payment system issues

  • Data protection or privacy concerns

6. No False Allegations

You agree not to make false, misleading, defamatory, or unverified public statements against FansChoice Polls regarding matters that fall under the Organizer’s responsibilities.

7. Platform Records

You acknowledge that FansChoice Polls’ electronic transaction records, voting logs, timestamps, and system logs serve as evidence of activity on the platform, subject to applicable law.

8. Privacy and Consent

You consent to the collection and processing of your personal information (name, photo, bio, age if provided) for the purposes of administering this contest. Your profile will be publicly displayed for voting.

9. Age Requirement

  • Contestants under 18 require verified parental or guardian consent provided by the Organizer.

  • FansChoice Polls is not responsible for verifying age or consent — that is the Organizer’s duty.

10. Removal Requests

You may request removal of your profile by contacting the Organizer. If the Organizer does not act, contact FansChoice Polls at info@fanschoicepolls.com and we will action valid removal requests within 72 hours.

11. Marketing Consent

By participating, you may receive marketing messages from FansChoice Polls and trusted partners. You can opt out at any time.
