Go to "My Account" and create a new account. During registration, check the box for "Register as eVoting Organizer" or "Register as Ticket Seller" based on your needs. You will instantly get access to your dashboard. If you register as an organizer, you will see a "Pending" status until our team approves you.
Once approved, log in to the Organizer Voting Portal or Organizer Ticket Portal. Navigate to the "Create Event" tab, fill in the Launch Wizard (Event Name, Venue, Banner, Dates), add your contestants or ticket tiers, and submit it for admin approval.
Voters go to the e-Voting page, find their favorite contestant, select the number of votes they want to cast, enter their contact details, and pay securely via Paystack (M-Pesa or Cards). Their vote is instantly recorded and automatically visible on the live leaderboard.
Payouts are processed automatically. From your Organizer Dashboard, view your Net Earnings, click "Request Payout", enter your bank or mobile money details, and our admin team will process your withdrawal securely.
Yes. All financial transactions are processed securely through Paystack. We use top-tier security protocols, nonce verification, and dedicated gate management to ensure your data, payments, and event remain safe and transparent.
Visit the "Buy Tickets" page, choose your event and ticket tier (e.g., Early Bird, Regular, VIP, VVIP), enter the attendee's name, email, and phone number, and pay securely via Paystack (M-Pesa or Cards). Your ticket details will be sent directly to your email.
