EVENT ORGANIZER TERMS

Applies to anyone registering as an Event Organizer.

1. Your Role as Organizer

As an Organizer, you are the primary party responsible for your event. FansChoice Polls provides the platform, payment processing, and technology but is not the organizer, promoter, or sponsor of your event unless expressly stated.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Event concept, theme, and content

  • Contestant selection, vetting, and consent

  • Event rules, judging, and prize distribution

  • Ticket pricing, tier structure, and event dates

  • Communication with contestants, voters, and attendees

  • Any disputes arising from your event

  • Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

  • Payment of taxes on your revenue

3. KYC and Verification

To sell tickets or run voting campaigns, you may be required to provide:

  • Valid National ID or Business Registration Certificate

  • Proof of address

  • Active phone number and email

  • Bank or mobile money account matching your registered name

Failure to complete verification will result in payout holds.

4. Payouts

  • You can request payouts of net earnings after event conclusion.

  • Payouts are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification and no active disputes.

  • FansChoice Polls is not liable for delays caused by banks, mobile money providers, or payment processors.

  • Payouts may be held if fraud, chargebacks, or disputes are detected.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

  • Declaring and remitting all applicable taxes on your revenue

  • Registering for any required tax identification

  • Complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction

FansChoice Polls does not withhold or pay taxes on your behalf.

6. Organizer Content

You agree that:

  • All content you upload is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights

  • You have obtained consent from contestants before uploading their profiles, photos, and personal data

  • You will not upload illegal, defamatory, or obscene content

  • You will remove content promptly if requested by FansChoice Polls or a lawful authority

7. Disputes with Attendees or Contestants

  • All complaints about the event, prizes, judging, or organizer conduct must be directed to you.

  • FansChoice Polls may mediate but is not liable for your event-related disputes.

  • You agree to indemnify FansChoice Polls for any claims arising from your event.

8. Marketing

By registering as an Organizer, you consent to FansChoice Polls and trusted partners contacting you with platform updates, partner offers, and related marketing. You can opt out at any time.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Run contests that promote hate, violence, or discrimination

  • Manipulate vote counts or encourage fraudulent voting

  • Mislead voters or attendees

  • Use the platform for money laundering or financial fraud

  • Circumvent commission or payment systems

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, or legal requirements. Any outstanding financial obligations survive termination.
