TICKET BUYER TERMS

Applies to anyone purchasing a ticket.

1. What Your Ticket Means

Your ticket grants you entry to the event as described by the Organizer. FansChoice Polls provides the ticketing technology but is not the event organizer.

2. Ticket Validity

  • Your ticket is valid only for the event, date, and tier specified.

  • Present your PDF ticket (printed or on your phone) at the gate for verification.

  • Duplicated, altered, or shared tickets may be rejected.

  • Entry is subject to the Organizer’s rules and venue policies.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed before the ticket is issued.

  • Tickets are issued to the named buyer and are non-transferable unless the Organizer allows transfers.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Refunds are issued only at the Organizer’s discretion.

  • If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, refund policy is set by the Organizer.

  • FansChoice Polls facilitates refund processing where applicable but does not decide refunds.

5. Event Changes

  • The Organizer is responsible for the event. FansChoice Polls is not liable for changes to venue, date, line-up, or cancellation.

  • If the Organizer postpones or changes the event, contact the Organizer directly.

6. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback, we may share your transaction details with the bank, payment processor, and Organizer to defend the dispute.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate attendee information at checkout.

  • Keep your ticket secure. Do not share your PDF with others.

  • Arrive at the gate with valid ID matching the ticket if required.

8. Marketing Consent

By purchasing a ticket, you may receive marketing messages about similar events or partner offers. You can opt out at any time.
